Beautiful shading! The different colors you used for shadows and highlights juts make this look so soft and lovely. Very good anatomy and pose, the blue light really gives it a cold, sad look.

I really, really like this. Especially the obscure lighting and the background that has a sort of abstract--almost Van Gogh--kind of feel to it. But again, I recognized Arwen first, then Liv. XD I think you did an exceptional job on the draperies (you can really tell the texture) and her hair.
